60 Minutes - A biopsychosocial assessment to evaluate for a mental health diagnosis using DSM-5 classification.
45 - 60 Minutes - Ongoing counseling services. After completing a mental health evaluation, your therapist will provide ongoing individual counseling to best support your needs.
60 Minutes - Seeking Calmness Counseling also offers clinical supervision to those seeking hours toward their licensure.
